Four cottage-style villas surrounded by flat mature gardens with lawns, pine and palm trees and each with a view to the pool. The complex is ideal for family or friends who wish to holiday together but who each prefer to have their own private accommodation. You can all enjoy the gardens, pool and 2 barbecues but each have your own villa to sleep in.


There are 4 villas in total, each sleeping 4 with 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin), ensuite shower room, guest bathroom and an open-plan kitchen to the lounge. Outside each villa has a covered terrace with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor eating and watching the children by the pool.


The villas have Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and off-street parking.


Tosalet is a green residential area, a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and the Arenal sandy beach.

Payment

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • The extras are due upon arrival
  • Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Compulsory extras

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required by credit card

  • High chair: 20€ per booking
  • Beach towel hire: 5€ per towel
  • Extra linen and towels: 12.50€ per person

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
