The complex is ideal for family or friends who wish to holiday together but who each prefer to have their own private accommodation. You can all enjoy the gardens, pool and 2 barbecues but each have your own villa to sleep in.


There are 4 villas in total, each sleeping 4 with 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin), ensuite shower room, guest bathroom and an open-plan kitchen to the lounge. Outside each villa has a covered terrace with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor eating and watching the children by the pool.


The villas have Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and off-street parking.


Tosalet is a green residential area, a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and the Arenal sandy beach.

Payment:

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

 

Compulsory extras:

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card
