Payment:
- 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
- The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
- We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
Compulsory extras:
- There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
- Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card

- Extra cleaning: 16.50€ per hour/person
- Extra linen and towels: 15.00€ per person

Occupancy:
The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
