There is fast Wi-Fi and international TV channels.


The gardens have a lovely swimming pool, terrace areas for sunbathing and a barbecue with outdoor table and chairs for dining outside on summer evenings.


There is private parking within the grounds of the villa. Please note that although the villa is on one level this floor is accessed by stairs.


Located at the end of a private lane in the quiet Portichol area, yet only a 10-minute drive from the Arenal sandy beach and all its restaurants, bars, shops and cafés. The beaches of La Barraca, Ambolo and Granadella are a short drive away.

Payment

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • The extras are due upon arrival
  • Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Compulsory extras

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required by credit card

  • Cot: 50€ per booking
  • High chair: 20€ per booking
  • Beach towel hire: 5€ per towel
  • Extra linen and towels: 12.50€ per person
  • Extra cleaning: 15€ per hour/cleaning lady

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
