Traditional “hippie-chic” Mediterranean villa, located in the port in one of the best areas in Javea and enjoying wonderful sea views from the covered terrace and pool. No need to use the car while you are at Mezquida as it located very close to the port. You can walk down to the local tapas bars and restaurants in 5 minutes and the port´s La Grava pebble beach is just a 10 minute walk away.

 

The villa divided into 2 separate self-contained apartments, each accommodating 4 people.

 

The traditional villa has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, an open-plan kitchen, lounge-diner leading to a covered terrace and a private pool with sun loungers. At garden level there is a modern 1 bedroom apartment with a twin bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, open-plan kitchen and shower room. The villa is ideal for 2 families or for families with younger adults who can come and go without disturbing the rest of the household.

Payment:

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

 

Compulsory extras:

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card
