Traditional “hippy-chic” Mediterranean villa, located in the port in one of the best areas in Javea and enjoying wonderful sea views from the covered terrace and pool. No need to use the car while you are at Mezquida as it located very close to the port. You can walk down to the local tapas bars and restaurants in 5 minutes and the port’s La Grava pebble beach is just a 10-minute walk away.


The traditional villa has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, an open-plan kitchen, lounge-diner leading to a covered terrace and a private pool with sun loungers. It has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Payment

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • The extras are due upon arrival
  • Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Compulsory extras

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required by credit card

  • Beach towel hire: 5€ per towel
  • Extra linen and towels: 12.50€ per person

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
