Casa Blanca has 3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite shower room and a bathroom shared by the 2 further bedrooms. The 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and the twin room has a ceiling fan. 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), a shower room ensuite and a guest bathroom.


There is a spacious lounge-diner with an addiitonal reading or relaxing area away from the TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and is conveniently located for easy access to the outdoor summer kitchen and dining area, ideal for eating al fresco.  The summer kitchen has a fridge and a grill and there is a BBQ in another part of the garden. 


The pool terrace has 6 sunbeds and is extremely private. There is a good Wi-Fi service and international TV channels via a Smart TV.


There is private parking for 3 cars. 


The villa is situated very close to Javea golf course and less than a 10 minute drive to the Arenal beach.

Payment:

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

 

Compulsory extras:

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card
