The upper floor bedrooms have air-conditioning, and both lead out to a private roof terrace. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, one of which is ensuite.


Golden Beach is a quiet complex situated in the heart of the Arenal sandy beach area, near shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. A supermarket is just around the corner and just a 5-minute stroll to the beach.

Payment

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • The extras are due upon arrival
  • Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Compulsory extras

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required by credit card

  • High chair: 20€ per booking
  • Beach towel hire: 5€ per towel
  • Extra linen and towels: 12.50€ per person

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
