The rocky beach with its beach bars is also about 100m away.


The building does not have a lift, but the apartment is on the second floor. It has a spacious living room, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. One twin has an ensuite shower room and the other 2 bedrooms share the other shower room. 


The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and there is an outside utility area with a washing machine. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The terrace has outdoor furniture and enjoys views towards the Arenal beach and the sea.
