Montealegre is on one level with a lounge and dining room opening onto a large, covered terrace with breathtaking views over the bay of Javea and the Montgo, a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor laundry area, 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans and 2 bathrooms. There is fast Wi-Fi and international TV channels.

 

The gardens have a lovely swimming pool, terrace areas for sunbathing and a barbecue with outdoor table and chairs for dining outside on summer evenings.

 

There is private parking within the grounds of the villa. Please note that although the villa is on one level this floor is accessed by stairs.

 

Located at the end of a private lane in the quiet Portichol area, yet only a 10-minute drive from the Arenal sandy beach and all its restaurants, bars, shops and cafés. The beaches of La Barraca, Ambolo and Granadella are a short drive away.

Prices

Obligatory extras:
Admin fee € 50 per booking
Final clean and linen € 300 per booking
Reservation Costs 3 % of the rental price

Payment:

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

 

Compulsory extras:

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card
