It is just 500m from the sea where you can stroll to the beach bars for a drink and not have to drive. A supermarket is a stone’s throw, so you don´t even need a car for shopping!

Prices

Obligatory extras:
Admin fee € 50 per booking
Final clean and linen € 240 per booking
Reservation Costs 3 % of the rental price

Linen and towel change € 15 per person

Payment:

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

 

Compulsory extras:

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card
