Nou Fontana-La Marina is a beach holiday apartment on 2 floors. The main level has a lounge diner with open-plan ktichen, a covered terrace for outdoor eating and a double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is a twin bedroom, guest shower room, small office area with desk and an open plan terrace for private sunbathing. 

The complex has a beautiful residents pool and garden area, and guests also have the use of the on-site gym and Padel tennis court. A secure underground parking spot is included. However, a car is not needed as the apartment is less than a 5-minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities.

  • 25% of the accommodation rate to reserve.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

  • There is a charge for the end of stay clean and supply of house linen (to include bed linen, house towels and dishcloths).
  • Refundable deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card
